The direction of the ship can be altered after it has set sail. The destination of the journey can be changed from what was previously intended. You and I are walking towards the twin towers and I drag you into an alleyway that looks like a scene from Robocop. At the end of the alleyway we find ourselves in a lush polygonal tropical setting from a videogame. I can hear gunfire and birdsong and Transformers sound effects. I look around and you are gone and my stomach is eviscerated with my blue intestinal tract spilling out of it like overcooked noodles.
